Unite Weddings & Events was founded in September 2022, driven by a passion for creating memorable experiences for couples, families, and friends. Since its inception, the company has achieved significant milestones, including becoming a recognized partner of DoubleTree by Hilton in January 2023 and subsequently their resident supplier, as well as securing a second resident contract with The Natural World Centre in March 2023.

To enhance service offerings, Unite Weddings purchased its first photo booth in May 2023 and expanded its DJ setup in June 2023 to accommodate increasing demand. December 2023 was a record-breaking month with 26 bookings, solidifying the company’s reputation in the events industry.

In January 2024, they invested in innovative uplighting technology and added a second photo booth in June 2024. By August 2024, Unite Weddings secured a third venue partnership with Stockwith Mill, reinforcing their commitment to excellence. The company continues to strive for greater achievements, aiming for an even bigger December this year. Unite Weddings & Events believes that every celebration is a unique story and is dedicated to creating unforgettable moments.

Ellis Bland, the founder of unite weddings and events, has been immersed in the event industry since the age of 10, nurturing a lifelong passion for creating unforgettable experiences. Ellis aims to offer a fresh perspective on the traditional mobile DJ scene, breaking away from clichés and providing tailored entertainment solutions that truly resonate with each celebration. Our mission is to redefine events by blending creativity with personalized service, ensuring every occasion is unique and memorable.

In 2024 we were titled a regional finalist in the highly-aclaimed wedding industry awards! among just 4 other DJs in the whole of the east midlands!
